Our Process

Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials from approved mills are 100% visually inspected, lab tested, colour-coded and approved as per standards and customer requirements.

Process Inspection: Inspection is carried out at every stage across Die Manufacturing, Cutting, Forging, Heat Treatment and Final Inspection as per the approved quality assurance plan.

Die Manufacturing: Dies are manufactured and verified by plaster cast before production.
●
Cutting Process: Cut pieces are weighed, graded and properly identified for traceability.
●
Forging: Forging operations are closely monitored through controlled process parameters, hot inspections, and 100% visual checks to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and consistent forging integrity.

Heat Treatment: Furnace temperatures and heat treatment cycles are monitored and recorded. Hardness checks are carried out to verify that the required mechanical and metallurgical properties are achieved.
●
Final Inspection: All forged components are shot blasted and subjected to final visual and dimensional inspection before dispatch.
